Terms of Service

Welcome to Cari Bliss Experiences. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation via email or WhatsApp. A confirmation will be sent once your booking is processed.

Payment
Full or partial payment (deposit) may be required at the time of booking, depending on the tour selected. Remaining balances, if applicable, are due on the day of the tour unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy (see above).

Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the designated pickup location. Cari Bliss Experiences is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrival.

Health & Safety
Some activities (such as Parasailing and Boogie) may not be suitable for guests with certain health conditions. Guests participate at their own risk and are encouraged to disclose any relevant health concerns before booking.

Changes to Tours
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Guests will be notified as soon as possible.

Limitation of Liability
Cari Bliss Experiences is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during tours, except where caused by proven negligence on our part.
