Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Cari Bliss Experiences, we understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

Free Cancellation
Cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour and receive a full refund — no questions asked.

Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will be refunded at 50% of the total price, as costs such as transportation, guides, and equipment are already committed at this point.

No-Shows
Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior cancellation are not eligible for a refund.

Weather Conditions
Punta Cana enjoys a tropical climate, and light rain can occur at any time without affecting the safety or quality of your excursion — for this reason, occasional rain showers are not considered grounds for cancellation or refund, and tours will proceed as scheduled.

However, in the case of severe weather conditions (such as tropical storms, high winds, or any situation that compromises guest safety), Cari Bliss Experiences reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour. In this case, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
